How Does A Live Virtual Voice Over Session Work?
Once a voiceover job is confirmed and scheduled (Kabir’s Voice Over Studio is Located In Los Angeles, CA – PST Time Zone)- You will connect directly via clients preference of: Skype/Zoom, Kabir’s Studio Line (phone patch), Source Connect (advanced connectivity) OR iPdtl/ISDN.
This will allow voice acting clients to direct and listen to the performance in real time– allowing for quicker adjustments and creative input. Highly recommended & preferred when looking to hire voice over talent online.
What Are Kabir’s Voice Over Rates?
Every voice over job is different and is quoted based on the following:
- Use of Media? Will the audio be used for paid or non-paid broadcast? Internet only?
- Term of Media? 1 short cycle of use? 1 Year? In Perpetuity?
- Client Size? Are you a local non-profit? Are you a fortune 500 company?
- Editing Needs? Do you need multiple separate edited files? Or a Raw-Unedited file with excellent quality?
- #of Words/Final Spots?
All of the above, will be confirmed and discussed prior to booking a voice acting session. A studio minimum is in place to ensure quality and balance of efficiency.

How Fast Can I Get The Voice Over Audio Files?
Most voiceover audio files will be delivered 2-5hrs after a live session.
For eLearning voice over projects & when special audio editing requirements are needed – delivery will be discussed prior to booking and is usually 2+ business days or more.
